Contact-form handling
The contact form sends the details you enter to OKD Vitalis through our Xserver-hosted endpoint. We use limited technical logs needed to protect and operate the form.
Protection against automated form abuse
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent bots, automated submissions and abuse. Cloudflare processes browser, device and connection information needed for that assessment. OKD Vitalis uses the result only to operate the form securely. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only where it is necessary to provide a requested service, comply with a legal obligation, or protect the rights, safety or property of OKD Vitalis and others.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep safeguards appropriate to the information involved.

Anonymous journal-view statistics
To improve journal content and select the featured popular article, we aggregate a view after an article has remained open for a short period. This first-party function stores only the article identifier, display language, aggregate date and count. It does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses or device identifiers, and it does not send the data to a third-party analytics provider. Detailed statistics are available only to authenticated site administrators and are not published.
