Leave a little space before the rush
Morning does not always have to begin with a list of tasks. Opening a window, drinking a glass of water or taking a few unhurried breaths can be enough to mark the start of the day.
These few minutes are not about being more productive. They simply give us a chance to notice how we are before the outside world takes over.
Make the habit easy to repeat
The rituals that last are often very simple: a cup left on the table, a favourite piece of music or a short stretch. Small cues make it easier to begin again tomorrow.
Instead of adding a long set of rules, choose one thing you would be happy to do twice. That is often how a personal rhythm starts to take shape.
May each morning hold a moment that is not asking anything from you.
